PAYMENT

We accept the following methods of payment: Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express and Pay Pal.

All payments between our payment system and the cardholder are made through an encrypted SSL-line. Your card details are confidential, encrypted, and can not be read by anyone other than your bank.

There is no extra charge for card payments and your account will not be charged until you have completed the checkout process.

All prices includes Danish VAT (25%).


SHIPPING

We ship worldwide!
All orders are shipped from Copenhagen (Denmark) with Post Nord (Danish postal service). We dispatch all orders within 1 working day of purchase date.

WE HAVE FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING!

Standard first class for delivery in Denmark.

Standard airmail for overseas orders.
This means there is no tracking number for your order. Please contact us if you wish to upgrade your postage to a traceable service.


DELIVERY

The time of delivery can vary with country, normally it takes 2-14 working days within the European Union and 5-21 working days for the rest of the world. Please note that we can’t take responsibility for any delays out of our control, like custom delays etc. Any duties or taxes that may be charged outside the European Union are not included in the shipping cost.


RETURNS

We do hope that you are very happy with what you receive. If you are not then please get in touch immediately. Return of your order must happen no later than 2 weeks after delivery. Products must be in original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it. Once we receive the returned item, the charges will be credited to you. Please note, postage can only be refunded if you have received an incorrect item. The buyer is responsible for the product until it reaches us. Please send an email to studio@helenafrank.com to let us know that your order is being returned.

RECLAIMS & DAMAGED GOODS

It is unlikely that your items will not arrive safely with you, but if that does happen, please email us immediately at studio@helenafrank.com. If an item arrives damaged, please send a photograph to demonstrate any damage to both the packaging and products within 7 days of receipt of order. Always contact us at studio@helenafrank.com before sending any items. Great care is taken to package goods securely, so we hope that this won't happen.


OUT OF STOCK

All products shown are in stock unless otherwise is stated. However if, for some reason an item should be out of stock anyway, you will be advised by e-mail. If the item will be in stock again, you can choose whether to wait or to cancel your order.


GENERAL INFORMATION

Please note that colours may vary from your computer screen to the actual print. Care is taken to demonstrate the best colour representation in all product images.
All prints are sold unframed.
